This was important for us as we usually do not board our dogs. Upon arriving, she escaped her enclosure while I was still on site (red flag). Then, we received photos and update on day 2-then nothing after. We were then told "well, we're closed on weekends". Then don't set the expectation of daily photos if there is no intention on follow through. Upon picking up our pup and bedding-we noticed that her bedding was completely urine-soaked-she has not had an accident in over 2 years. We will never use this facility again and will advise family and friends to steer clear.

We have experienced aggressive groomers in the past and since then she has not been the best with groomers. I informed Julie (the sole Owner and Operstor) of this and informed her to stop the session if my pet was too anxious or stressed out. I reinforced that I would still pay in full, but to prioritize the dogs comfort. I'm not sure what happened during the session.... But based on the physical injuries from my pet on my pet, I would like to assume there was some rushing, and aggressive maneuvers. I found active bleeding in her ear from aggressive plucking, I found scabs near her neck and groin area, and my pet seemed emotionally traumatized once again. My pet refused to eat for 2 days and did not go outside in fear of potentially encountering another groomer. Months of behavioral training just thrown out the window. I'm back to square one... For the sake of my pet, Im investing in a grooming kit and will be grooming my own pet from now on. You failed as a groomer and permanently shutting down your Google business pages to dodge public accountability and leaving a final replies just so you could get the "last word" is pathetic. It's also funny that your Google page didn't get any activity for a couple years, but right after I left my 1 star review, two of your friends drowned it out with a 5 star review. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that with they recently changed their hours so they are now open 11-4 M-F and 10-3 Saturday. This has made it more difficult to bring school aged kids here during the week, whereas we used to be able to make it after-school. Overall, very positive experiences here! The vet care is adequate; however, there are a few issues to be aware of. As someone else mentioned, there is no grass for relieving your nervous pet prior to going in or coming out of the building. I've also consistently had problems with accurate documentation of vaccines and mentioned multiple times by email, phone, and in-person that my dog is up-to-date with vaccines and they can stop sending me notices in the mail. I provide proof of this every time, but it still continues. A huge negative is that there was no vet or tech follow-up conveying recent lab test results causing a delay in treatment. I was told results take two weeks, but the date on the paperwork shows they had access to the results a full week ago. Only after I called, was a plan of treatment set in place. I have considered going to a different location for veterinary services due to these issues, but likely the next place would have their own issues. One plus for this office is that they coordinate care with an an outside provider who provides chiropractic care and red-light therapy.
