WORST decision I have ever made going to this vet, they lost the end of the cottonbud inside his ear , then proceeded to probe at his ear trying to remove it , after telling them to stop , they proceeded to take him and sedate him , they decided after all of this that he needed emergency surgery to surgically remove it . Found out Greencross Minchinbury had perforated his ear drum with a huge hole left. Now he requires surgery to remove his ear canal as his ear now has growths from the surgery and trauma. Tried to contact higher up managers to no avail, no head office number , no call backs from managers , NO NOTHING!!! We have been told if he doesn't get the surgery he will be approaching the end of what can be done and the pain he is suffering will continue to get worse until there is no option but to put him down . The Greencross vet at Minchinbury , Dr. Anita has shown no remorse or compassion and has not taken the matter seriously.The vet did not even have the decency to come to the phone and when we originally mentioned that we will need to go to management and higher up to get help she laughed and thought the whole this was amusing. We now want to warn others please do not risk putting your fur babies in her hands at this practice we do not want anyone going through what our family are going through

The late opening hours (8am to 8pm on weekdays) is also good for those of us who are at work during the day. The only bad thing I can say about this pet shop is that their accessories are a bit on the expensive side, and there are not a lot of choices for cats. Better to buy your toys and accessories online or from department stores such as Big W or Kmart. But they are definitely the shop for your pet food and pet health needs.

If he was difficult it was because they are incompetent and cut him. Also very suspiciously he is now limping, took him to a vet and he has an inflamed shoulder not sure whether they are the cause but they did have him running around when I went to pick him up. Will never return very unhappy at the respect shown to both me and my dog.

They have a wide range of pet food, as well as balls and chewtoys for our furry little companions to amuse themselves with. That, and the salespeople are really friendly, and seem to be invested in the welfare of the animals they keep, as evidenced by the fact that they're regularly (and rotationally) taken out of their cages and allowed to run around in little pens set up in the store, with lots of toys to play with, and people to interact with. Instead of saying "thank you for the advice" he decided to attack my body image and called me fat and that I have my nose pierced so I must be cattle. I love pigs and cows so this is not an insult to me but the online bullying rather than accepting guidance is unacceptable and childish. I thought each of you should know this is the mean abusive person who has your dogs in their care. I am not surprised that some of these reviews said that they injured their dog.

Sam's piority to care for sick injured animals and he even goes above n beyond and makes the effort to offer his helping hand to those vulnerable people who cannot afford it themselves he wants the best for these animals so they live a full happy healthy life and his heart is phenomenal. I have never met a vet who has the biggest heart and goes way above his limits to help. When you walk into southern cross vet it feels like a family not just a veterinary clinic btw I have seen Hairy legs since Sam gave him chance to live a full life is a happy healthy dog and thanks to Sam can live a longer full filled life with its much loved owner who loves his dog dearly.
