I bought 5 overpriced fish, when I got home only 3 were in the bag. Within 3 days those 3 had died. I had to drain and treat my 60 gallon tank for fear my other fish would die. I've had this tank for 4 years and never lost a fish, I just wanted to add some fish. Don't buy any fish from this store. read more

This is a good place to shop but you need to know the going prices because they do have a tendency to be pricey. Been having trouble with my aquarium and lately I can't find anyone at this store that knows fish and aquarium life. They had a guy there that knew everything but when I ask for him all I get is I don't think he works here anymore. But if you can't find it they have it! I buy all my fish here because it's the only place that keeps up their aquarium tanks. Where I live you don't have any choices except Wally World and they always have dead fish floating. Slightly pricey, but they have quality supplies. Anything and everything you need for your pets is here. All the items are awesome, our animals love their food and toys. We've bought several animals from here, and they've all been healthy and lived for a long time. We still have our ferret who is now 6 years old. The two gerbils we bought nearly 5 years ago recently died of old age, but they were very fun pets. Most of the animals are allowed to be held, and they're very tame. The only animal I wouldn't suggest holding would be the dwarf hamsters... They may be cute, but they're defensive! ;) Recently we've noticed some of the animals are sickly or wounded, mainly the rodents. It could be the breeders, as the animals are often young. Otherwise all of the other animals are very tame and healthy. This is our favorite and most relied on petstore, we always go here to buy food etc. for our pets! Highly recommended! read more

I recently purchased a guinea pig from the store. It just so happens she was sick. I feel that they overlooked her health thinking she was healthy but she was not. I walked on paying a pretty hard fine and the manager was no help. I spoke to him on the phone just a moment ago and he says I signed that once animal is sold and out of the hands they are not liable for anything that the vet expenses. I will be contacting corporate because I was not told that as I signed that paper with no knowledge. All they said is it had a 15 day warranty. Nothing about the vet expenses being my problem. They sold me a sick animal and they should of been watching this one more closely. She was sneezing that very day we purchased her. Being its our only second one we didn't know sneezes would mean anything bad. I am upset and will never purchase from them again. read more
