Took my dog to the self-wash station and had a great experience. It was easy to check in at the front cashier and get a couple towels and then take my dog to the washing station in the back. The 2 large dog + 1 small/medium dog station are all connected and in the same space so just be mindful if you have a reactive dog or have hesitations about being around other dogs at the same time. They wash the stations in between use. There are a variety of shampoo options and hose + dryer were easy to use. They provide a small leash to keep your dog attached to the washing station too plus a treat for post-wash. Staff is very friendly! read more

I booked an appointment to have my doodle's first grooming at Pet Supplies Plus in Bellevue. I didn't have a groomer in mind, so was assigned to Astrid. She was fantastic at communicating and was the first groomer ever to actually listen to our requested haircut!! Having a doodle means a certain style of grooming, but we just needed her to be short all over and she's the only groomer that didn't question our decision and did exactly like we asked. We didn't need any touchups! (Which is a first). She was perfect! I highly recommend Astrid for grooming and will continue to book with her going forward!! My boys had been eyeing some guinea pigs for some time and I was hesitant until they were able to show me they'd be taken care of (we've had a few in the past but the boys were much younger). We discovered this pet store after visiting next door's Amazon Fresh and have been coming here for pet supplies ever since. It's always a great stop for the fur baby, with friendly staff and items we need. Pet Supplies Plus has a good selection of items, with a large variety of different, quality dog food, with a treat display case and an area where you can select your own bones, raw hides, etc. For what you're looking for in terms of pet care and toys, they have the essentials, and always have seasonal items. In addition to goods, they also have a bathing station where you can bathe your own dog or pay for grooming services with the staff. You can also easily book services online and start your own account to track rewards, etc. I've used the bathing station, and they give you two towels and allow you to bathe your dog for 30 minutes, with choice of shampoo and a dryer to use. I took a couple minutes to stop in and check out the new store. It is nice and bright when you first walk in and it feels just a bit sterile. There are many special treats for dogs(maybe cats?) that would special occasion treats with quite a large variety. The expansive variety of pet foods were amazing. They seem to be on the higher end of the pet foods. Towards the back there is a self wash with two stalls for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. They also had pet grooming service in the same area. They also had a couple ferrets and a good selection of fish for purchase. While I only spent a short time exploring, I definitely think this place deserves another visit. If you have dogs, cats, fish or maybe a ferret this is a place to explore and pamper your pet. read more

My husband and I took our two dogs to the Grand Opening of the Factoria store. We were welcomed by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member was knowledgeable and introduced us to many options for our newfie who unfortunately has a long list of food allergies. We also had a chance to meet the owner, Bob Fischer, and he walked us to our car and helped us with our bags. He seems to have genuine interest in providing quality products and equally high quality service to customers. The store is also equipped with a handy self-serve pet bath and extensive grooming service. Especially in a customer service position there's no way she should talk to me or treat me like that. CHEAP QUALITY. In September I bought a $30 leash for my dog here, found out 2 months later the strap is almost ripped up. My dog is not a leash biter so unsure why this happened other than just cheap material. Went into the store to request a refund or an exchange, but because this happened past 30 days they could not do anything about. Not only was a very dissatisfied by the service, but a $30 leash is no joke, you would expect it to hold for the money. Do yourself a favour and buy your dog stuff off Amazon at a fraction of the price. I used to be a regular shopper here for my dog, but they lost this customer. read more

This store recently had a grand opening in Factoria of Bellevue. The sign out front said pet friendly so my wife and I took our dog inside with us. The team was very engaging and greeted us as we walked in the door. They have a pet washing station which was GREAT! The station has all of the necessary tools (water sprayers, shampoos, blow dryer, towels, etc). Extremely user friendly! Most importantly, an elevated station for smaller dogs...no bending over! After speaking to one of their knowledgeable associates, we walked out with a natural, better for pet, dog food. Kindle loves it!! We made an appointment for the groomer too!
