First time ever in this store but I've heard plenty about it having issues with keeping employees, but there is no excuse. There was at least 5 dead bettas at the front. All of their bowls had clearly not been changed whatsoever. The dog wash had no soap. All the towels are stained and old. None of the hoses were in usable condition. When I went to the front to let them know there was no soap and that I had to buy my own soap, all they did was stand there and say "ugh! Again?". SERIOUSLY! Get off your butt and order maintenance on your dog wash and proper soaps that you are not watering down. Manager, you need to take a good look at all the manuals and guides because this store makes amazing guides that give you all the answers. read more

I have called daily since the 31st. I'm told the last owner will reach out . I have yet to hear from them. It's going on 5 days . I'm out $60 and no product to show. Just refund me, it's that's simple . Every order I have ordered there is 150$ plus . Thank god I placed a small order this time around. Someone reached out to me via email. And sent me a picture of the order I ordered previously and it was obviously not that order. My previous order consist of 2 large bags of dog food and puppy food. This order was one small 6 pound puppy food, small brush, shampoo and probiotics. I sent them the videos off my ring showing that nobody showed up at that time frame. And then showed them the time stamp of the old photo they used. It was clear because in one there was a rake and the other there wasn't . I'm still out $60 . With no product to show. Extremely disappointed in how this is being handled, NOT being handled at all! The last time an order was lost, the manger was kind enough to tell me the picture of the house that the lost order was dropped off at. I couldn't find it . That manager was kind enough to personally find it for me . Idk what happened to that manager, but she was the one that had me doing business there . This used to be my favorite store but they have gone downhill. I had three cancelled pick up orders in one day due to stock. If you don't have it, don't sell it. So I was going to buy the bag outright but they wouldn't honor the coupon I used on cancelled order. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop there again. I'd love this place! They have a huge selections of lesser known brands but of equal quality. The staff is very knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair and the service is terrific. I was ordering from Chewie which I really enjoyed except when I run out of food, I need to get something right away. They are close to me and they even carry your bag out to the car. I've always liked this pet store because the staff is so friendly and helpful. But on Monday evening, the manager on duty went above what most stores would & have done to me. I was trying to place an order online for curbside but the website would not let me. I tried my phone and my computer. It was around 6:30 & they close at 8:00. I was in a car accident & hurt my back so I wasn't up to going in for it. I decided to try and call the store to explain my situation to see if they could help me. The manager Fran, was great. She apologized for the problem & took my order, which was a 40 pound bag of dog food. She had me pull up to the front door and she brought it out & put it in the car for me. She even brought me treats for my dog! I would highly recommend this business!! read more

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Arrived 10 minutes ago. There were 5 dogs in front of mine. When I asked how long my guy would be there they said 3 to 3-1/2 hours. That's fine if I had walked in but I made this appointment 2 weeks ago. Don't know about you but that doesn't work for me to spend my whole day off waiting for the dog to be ready for pick-up. read more
