I came in for some digestive aids for Charlie. I went in and started on finding a different variety of foods, gravies and treats that help with digestion. They have a big variety to choose from. As I walked to the counter I noticed the dog treat display that resembles a bakery full of colorful treats. The value is great. Clean self serve doggie wash but no hot water really. Had all the way on hot was not even lukewarm. Have big lab so it was ok would not recommend for small dog if all stations are not supplying hot water. read more

This place rocks! The service was impeccable, the dog wash was outstanding, and the store is clean and well kept. The reptiles on display are very well taken care of (including lighting, cleanliness, color of the animals, etc.) I am pretty picky about customer service as I think customers should be treated with respect, and this place exceeded my expectations. The first ever Pet Supplies I have been to. Normally, I'd just get my supplies (dog shampoo, treats, etc.) from a regular grocery store but while driving by I saw that this location is new to the area. I needed a dog shampoo and my doggo is in dire need of a bath. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful, products are well organized and prices are really not far off from regular grocery store prices and I'd be saving much more money here since they do offer Yelp Cash Back (5%). I'm not sure if other locatio offer it but they have self serve dog washing stations here. They have shampoo, conditioners, towels and dryers. All you need to do is to wash your own pet and they'll clean up after your mess. This may be my new supplies store for my dog the next time I need something for him. read more

It has been a horrible weekend. Friday my grandkids and I bought the biscuits in the front case at Pet Supplies Plus on 544 for my dogs. Well, they were so hard that my terrier Lucy choked and died. I did not get to her quick enough because I was busy cutting up another biscuit for my other dog. Please do not buy those for your fur babies, because nothing is worse than rushing to the vet and watching your baby die in front of you. I called the store, and the manager did not even sound like he cared. When I asked him to remove those treats, all he said was he would have to report it too corporate. The way he sounded; I doubt he even did that. My heart is so broken, and I wanted to let y'all know so this does not happen to you. read more

This particular store is near my home. With my job, I have to make deliveries there at least once a week. So besides being a customer, I know the staff there. Dana the store manager is a great addition to the Wylie community. Knowledge and professionalism is number one for this store. I've seen how they help people on a daily basis and show TRUE love for people's animals/family. The store itself is a well-oiled machine. I will bring them over 7000lbs of product and the next day it all of it gone. I can't tell where they put it with the store being so neat. Also, the dog wash is outstanding. From my personal use with my dogs, they have everything you at your fingertips. Towels, conditioners and (extra stank off) shampoo. I love coming here as a driver and a customer. If you would have asked me 2 months ago I would have gave them a 1-2 star but after I filled out there Survey on how they were doing I received calls immediately and they worked to fix my problem with trying to buy stuff there. Since then they have been doing there best they price match if you have the picture of the product and price. I had lower back epidural injections and I couldn't carry the dog food I needed and they where more than willing to help me out which was nice not having to search for someone to give you some help. Really clean, lots of space in between aisles which sounds random but some pet stores are just crammed and you can't tell where anything is. Also lots of decent things on sale. Got some really good dog food for 30$ instead of 60$. Staff really friendly, always asked whether we needed help or information. Was generally just a nice calm experience. We LOVE coming to the Wylie store. Everyone is always so helpful and sweet and they even remember me and say hi to my puppers every time we come in. Charlene and Mikey are always some of the first people to jump in when we need help and you can tell all of the animals (reptiles, rodents, fish, etc.) are well kept and looked after. So much so that the staff even know the habits and personalities of the pets in their care. The store is always so clean, great product choice (healthier options available!), great sales and discounts, and we've even enjoyed using the self wash station. I had been driving to pet supplies plus on Coit for a couple years now simply to give my dog her bath. I was so excited to see one opening on my side of town! Waited for months, just to find that the dog wash stations are so poorly designed, that it's worth my time and aggravation to drive out of the way to Coit still. They are back breaking to stand over and hoses are a complete battle to operate. I only go there for treats here and there. read more

They have lots of food that my 18 year old female cat likes, which is something. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was looking for a very large high-sided litter box for my big male cat and they lady helping me got a pair of scissors and took the zip tie off of a couple of models to I could see if they were big enough.
