This shop is on the main strip of downtown Los Gatos. The ice cream here comes in the most fragrant, delicate flavors I have seen! My sister ended up going with a pomegranate flavor. They are not sugar bomb ice creams like you usually see at normal American ice cream spots. The staff are also lovely and seem passionate about their product :)

While picking up some sides at a nearby restaurant, we decided to stop into Petals Creamery for dessert since my brother and sister-in-law had been here before. The place was crowded on a Saturday night! A charming shop which is nicely decorated with a Persian style. There are plenty of seats and tables inside, though it can feel quite cozy/tight when fully crowded. Only one unisex restroom. Artisanal small batch icecream with some traditional flavors and some Persian flavors. The service was nice and friendly and moved the line of people quickly through. I tried a sample of the Rozu flavor which I thought was pretty tasty as it had a florally taste with a sweet tartness from the yuzu. Rozu: rose water & all natural yuzu juice. A harmoniously blend of floral and citrus notes. Perfect balance of creaminess & refreshing. My wife got Cookies & Cream and Turkish Coffee. Both were good. My brother ordered the Baklava flavored ice cream. That was my personal favorite! I'd get this flavor again. My sister-in-law got the Saffron Latte. That was pretty tasty too after mixing it all together. Support your local business.

Was looking for a lovely BIPOC owned sweet shop in Los Gatos an Petals was one that popped up! So excited to go, and right in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. We tried so many flavors and each was amazing! I had the hazelnut chocolate, so creamy, delicious. Everyone was friendly an helpful, and the vibe was so chill, spacious, and colorful. Highly recommend! Come for unique flavors and relaxing vibes on a warm day.

This place is so gorgeous with its tile mosaic flower behind the ice cream counter and the fresh flowers in vases on every table and the stained glass skylight. Even the name is dreamy! They have unique ice cream flavors from cardamom ice cream to a yuzu rose flavor named Rozu! The service is quick and attentive, while friendly and cheery. You can taste flavors and they don't give you any attitude for asking. I got the Rozu and the London Fog ice cream which was amazing but it got too sweet a little too fast. My partner got the Baklava and Rozu flavors and also couldn't finish because it got to be too sweet. We also ordered the saffron rice pudding and pistachio cupcake to go. While they were pretty too look at the flavor and texture was just not there. The saffron rice pudding was way too sweet and the rice was mush. The cupcake was too moist and lacked flavor and the icing was way too buttery. Their forte is definitely the ice cream flavors!

Truly the best in Los Gatos! When you're in town, make sure to stop by -- it's an unforgettable experience that's absolutely worth it. Come see what everyone's raving about!

I have walked past this place so many times and finally gave it a try. They have a variety of flavors so it was a bit hard to choose one. I was able to get a bit more information about the place and the ice cream from the employee at the time. She was super friendly and helpful! I ended up going with a kids scoop of their cookies and cream ice cream. It was super delicious! It is clean inside and there's plenty of seating! I will definitely be going back to try more of their flavors.

Insane flavors. So decadent and rich and flavorful. Not only this, but they have so many different things I just want to visit and try a new thing. Very cool place with different styles of deserts very different from any other ice cream spot. Service has been great the two times I've been there. Decor is really interesting with the mint color walls and paintings everywhere. Personally not my vibe but is cool to not only taste something different but be in a different atmosphere

I had such a delightful experience at this ice cream shop! The interior is absolutely stunning and so perfectly styled for photos. It's a dream for anyone looking for that perfect Instagram moment. Plus, they were so generous in letting me sample all the amazing flavors before choosing. The unique options they offer are truly a treat for the taste buds. I'll definitely be back for more!

Walked in with no expectation because the desserts we saw through the window looked good! *Food I can tell everything is made with a lot of thought from seeing their menu and labeling. I'm not vegan but I saw that they have a vegan crème brûlée which is nice. I ordered ice cream - a small with a scoop of London fog and vanilla bean. I'm no connoisseur but I can tell the ingredients they use are good quality. Personally, I didn't like the London fog because it was a bit bitter but I tend not to like bitter stuff so this might be for you. I did like the vanilla bean though! *Service The two girls working were nice and attentive. I asked for a cone but when I got it it was in a cup, but that's ok. *Ambiance The place was very clean and unique in decor. The chairs and tables were good quality. I liked the ceiling flower piece and the tile art behind the counter. On a Saturday afternoon, there was still plenty of place to sit and it was not loud.

Beautiful ice cream store on the main street of downtown Las Gatos. All the flavors seemed to be Persian or Mediterranean inspired which makes Petals very unique. I was a little surprised by the high pricing but when I saw the topping options and tasted the flavors I sort of understood why. This isn't your regular run of the mill ice cream chain - there's a lot of thought put into the ingredients and flavor profile and it really comes through in the ice cream. The pistachio mint was by far our favorite and the almond milk was also very unique. We'll be back to try the saffron and Cookie Monster next time!

Double portion of the Turkish Coffee Ice Cream - absolutely delicious and full of caffeine

It's weird that I feel compelled to say this, but... I want my ice cream to taste like the thing that it says it tastes like. That's what I like about Petals. The ice cream has strong, deliberate flavor. They make a flavor promise, and they deliver. I've been so disappointed in other ice cream shops this year. So much thoroughly mediocre frozen milk that tastes like almost nothing. I ordered the Turkish Coffee ice cream. Two scoops. Got quite a buzz from it. And it tasted like COFFEE. So good that I'm still thinking about it, long after my visit. (I'd strongly consider driving over there right now, in the middle of the night, if they were open.) My buddy forced me to order the saffron creme brulee on the side, even when I told her I don't like creme brulee. It was definitely the best creme brulee I've ever had. You should definitely get that if you actually like creme brulee. And I had the halva cake. Strong classic halva flavor. Obvious why they sell so much of it. So yeah, you should definitely try this place. It was a relief to finally have some ice cream that tasted like it had actual ingredients. (Disclaimer: It turns out I know some of the people who work here. But I would gladly tell them if it was disgusting. So don't worry about that.)

What an adorable family owned business. When visiting family in Los Gatos I stumbled upon this cute little ice cream shop with delicious pastries, coffees and teas. I was able to meet the owners, who were very friendly and excited to talk to me about their menu items. Being from LA, I know my Persian sweets and ice cream. I was BLOWN AWAY by the ice cream here, I mean WOW! I can't wait to come back and try more of their deliciousness! Thanks Nathan and Marcel for this unforgettable experience.

Outstanding place for ice cream including many flavors that you will not find elsewhere such as Saffron, Pistachio Mint Stracciatella and Baklava! This is a real gem in Los Gatos. The servers are very helpful and eager to have you try samples of flavors that you are interested in before you commit. They also offer the Salt & Straw style "split scoop" where you can combine two flavors into a single scoop -- and they are very generous on this, it ends up being more like 2 individual scoops. Very highly recommended! Beautiful interior decor as well which I was told was done by the chef. What a multi-talented person!

My husband is half French, and Fleur de Cocoa is one of his favorite French bakeries. Once we learned they offered croquembouches, we almost immediately decided to have one instead of a traditional wedding cake. Aline was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful: from the tasting and dessert selection, to reminding us to make sure our venue had enough refrigerator space, explaining how to transport and serve the croquembouche, and personally delivering it on our wedding day. Her attention to detail made everything so much easier. The desserts were absolutely delicious. Our guests loved both the croquembouche and the fruit tarts. They disappeared so quickly that I didn't even get to try every flavor! We actually went back to the bakery a few days after the wedding just to buy more. If you're looking for wedding desserts (or simply an amazing French bakery), we highly recommend Fleur de Cocoa. Thank you, Aline, for helping make our wedding so special!

And though some can sound weird, none of the ones we tried were at all off-putting or seemed to be weird for the sake of being weird. They were just creative and unexpected. In a world where you run across the typical flavors more often than not, even at independent ice cream shops, having these unique combinations is a great option to have. In the past, we'd had Chocolate Caramel Smoked Budino and Strawberry Honey Balsamic w/ Black Pepper. The highlight of this visit was the coffee - great and I'd order it every time. It's best to get a double and share, IMO. The extra cost for a big extra scoop isn't that much, versus getting two single scoops. If you know the other person well that is. Love to come back again. Worth a splurge to get some really creative flavors and stay cool on hot days.

They had 3 benches inside, and some outside as well. It's interesting to look at the various merchandise items inside the store. Service was always friendly and efficient. We had Chocolate Caramel Smoked Budino, and Strawberry Honey Balsamic w/ Black Pepper this time. Both were pretty good. The chocolate one was a bit too sweet for me, though. I always liked their bold flavors, creative combinations, and that they would use high quality real ingredients. Serving size was very generous. While the double scoop (costing only $2 more) was definitely a better deal than the single scoop, I would stick with a single scoop if I were to come here by myself, because of the high calories, saturated fat and sugar content. It's definitely an indulgence to enjoy only once in a while. Since we didn't come here too often, it's always exciting to see new limited edition flavors every time we came. Sometimes they would have last chance flavors, too.

There's a number of tables outside for you to enjoy your ice cream. We got the Dole whip and black raspberry. The Dole whip tastes like the real thing! Really refreshing and enriched with pineapple flavor, super airy, light, and easy to go down. And the height of the swirl is perfect. The black raspberry is tangy, making the ice cream less sweet than usual, which I enjoyed. It was creamy and rich, good contrast to the airiness of the Dole whip. Will 100% be back!

**2.75 stars**…read more Campbell Creamery has a large menu, which is cool, but the line can get pretty long and the menu can be hard to understand (ie, we walked in based on a drink featured on a sign, but could not find it on any signage or menu inside the store). Then when it came time to get "tastes", the woman helping us wasn't friendly so we only got one taste and rushed to make a decision. After ordering an ice cream shake, we waited for such a long time that we watched at least 5 groups of customers order, pay and leave. When our staffer returned with our shake, we understood why she took so long: she over-blended the ice cream! I don't know if she was distracted or this is the usual way Campbell Creamery blends their shakes?!! All the flavors of the ice cream became completely cremated that it tasted thinned and watered down, even though I don't think any water was added to it. We could have tasted the same thing if we ordered 3 scoops and let them melt... that's what it tasted like. Sigh. It was expensive thin watery shake. Suggestion to the owner/manager: - Train the employees to not over-blend shakes because that diminishes the quality and flavor of the shake. - Also remind them to keep up their attitude, even when the store is busy because they represent the brand. It does make a difference!

However, my daughter is extremely picky so she only wanted the original vanilla that they used to serve. Then when I asked for a refund at the same moment that I asked, I noticed the sign says no refund.
