This is in reference to the Grooming team. I brought Penny in for a nail trim which is a form of torture in her mind. One person held her, talking and petting her while the other trimmed the nails. I just moved here from Hawaii and was worried that I wouldn't find a caring and skilled groomer. I'm so glad I found Panda. This was the first time she ever groomed an Alaskan Klee Kai but is experienced with grooming Huskies. I loved that she was genuine and caring. My pup has not always done well with other groomers in the past. She would be in pain for days after. Well, not only did she look and feel soft and beautiful, I can tell she is just fine. don't order pick up from here. they will send you to the back of the line and accommodate everyone else. even if you were the first one there. waited 15 minutes on the side for everyone else to get helped. it took maybe 10 seconds for her to hand me my things and be on my way. never shopping there again. read more

My sister placed an order through pickup , she was working so she sent me, my boyfriend and my little sister. We got off and the guy who helped us first was super nice , we showed him the receipts and order number my sister sent me. He was unsure so he called a girl, i believe she might have been the manager. She came out and i tried showing the receipts and order number and she didn't even bother to look at my phone , she asked us for id , i didn't know you needed an id to pick up PAID dog food but whatever ,instead of approaching us in a professional manner to explain why she couldn't hand us the food, she put her finger up in our face and started saying that we needed an id and that we needed to be put on the pickup list and had such an attitude with me in front of my 8 year old sister. it was an unpleasant experience. Petco need to work on customer service because that is not okay. read more

Such quality people work here! We were in town after having to evacuate the sonoma county area due to fires! My dog was filthy and the manager in the grooming dept offered us a service free of charge to show support of our long drive and uprooting experience. Fortunately our home still stands and we're all well and home again! I just wanted to say, thank you, publicly! Your kindness is not overlooked, so appreciated. we called Petco to ask about getting our dog bathed since he had just rolled in something dead and he smelled AWFUL! They didnt have any openings but agreed to stay late to get him smelling better. They did a wonderful job! We love our Petco! read more

Petco grooming service is terrible! I have taken my dog there millions of times.Beware they have a stupid manager. I brought a note from the vets stating why he doesn't get vaccinated. The reason is so he doesn't get a recurrence of his disease. Therefore he has not had a problem since 2016. I drove in two times , they said they left a voice mail I didn't get one. I would give it 00000 stars for its customer service. Yes he has a serious condition if he gets vaccinated. I guess that was two complicated to understand. So I hope the dog that recently died on your table , pet parents sue the hell out of you! read more
