We left for the morning but came back in the afternoon to find our back gate unlatched. So right…read moreaway I thought maybe the unsavory homeless was shopping in our backyard or maybe there was a painter here. Luckily is was a painter in the front of our house. I greeted him and grabbed my mail then chatted a bit. He explained what he did in the back which was great. However I wasn't notified at all that he was painting that day. Another disappointment would have been him stomping all over my flower garden in the front of house. I know he had a job to do but have more respect for the owners property. And thirdly, is it customary for your painters to wash out the paint bucket and brushes in the owners flower garden?? Why not do it in the alley like every other person. I sure hope the paint isn't toxic?? Lastly, they didn't clean up all the paint chips/peelings from scraping and sanding. I had to pull out a lot of paint chips from my hanging pots. Unprofessional!!!

Paid this company full price and they didn't even finish the job. They got paint everywhere - on…read moremy windows, counters, screens and made a mess of my solid maple moldings. They left drips and used two different paint finishes. What an awful job they did for us. But they don't care. Their warranty is useless. They asked us to sign a non disparagement agreement to fix the work! This is contrary to the Consumer Protection Act. The Provincial Civil Court found the company to be in breach of contract. Now they won't pay what the courts have ordered. Terrible company.
