It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.
