We will be filing a formal complaint against Luis for deformation of character with Keller Williams and other avenues of information that pertains to realtors, this industry. Stephanie was one of three RE agents we interviewed to handle the SALE of our Corona townhouse. She was the only agent who seemed to have an accurate estimate of the value of the property (one of the other agents was too high, the other far too low) and completely understood the dynamics and nuances of the Corona RE market. That alone would have earned her our business. But Stephanie brings so much more to the table than that! She not only found the buyer herself within two weeks of the home being listed (at a full-price offer!), she recommended contractors to help us update the property prior to sale, as we were out-of-state sellers. But what really stood out is how she was willing (often after hours) to step in and provide on-site services herself (such as watering plants, meeting subcontractors, etc.).
