The session was canceled by Amber Lin very close to the scheduled time due to a personal or emergency reason. I was asked to provide my availability to reschedule, which I did promptly. I was told there would be a follow-up to reschedule, but that never happened. Despite additional attempts to follow up, I did not receive a response, and the reading never took place. She took my payment, but failed to deliver the service that was promised. According to the policy on her website, clients are told that if she needs to cancel, she will contact them directly to reschedule as soon as possible. That was not my experience. Just know that Amber Lin does not provide refunds, regardless if the session was canceled by her or if she never provides you with a reading, which is important to consider before booking with Adirondack Intuitive Reader.
