We bought a potted fig tree from Greenery Office Interiors for our living room. The fig tree…read morearrived with instructions which we followed but eventually noticed that the pot was not draining. On further inspection we noticed that the pot actually had no drainage. It is very poor practice not to plant with drainage. Not surprising, the fig tree rotted and died. We attempted to rectify the issue with Greenery while the plant was dying. Greenery responded that the woman who potted and sold us our plant no longer worked there therefore they were not responsible for anything she did. We paid $600 for this plant and expected much better service from Greenery. This spring we dumped the plant pot in our backyard confirming the shoddy planting job that led to the death of this plant. We were so disgusted with their response that we've come to yelp and hope that this review dissuades you from working with Greenery. They do not stand behind their work.
