Apparently, "Peter" (I think it was Peter) won't shampoo urine-stained carpets nor teenage kids' normally worn carpets. So if you have a difficult cleaning job, pls note that this guy only cleans carpets which are "clean enough" for him to feel like cleaning. I am a disabled single mom alone with two kids after their father passed & so we really really needed this last job done so that we can finally be able to sell up & get out of California. But upon arriving 15 min late, Peter was very unfriendly. Idk what was wrong but he was sour from the very second I met him & it all went downhill from there. He griped about all four rooms, telling me I needed new carpet all around & even tho I said I wanted to try anyway, it was obvious from the get-go that he just wanted to walk out on us. So I let him. He even told me to get another carpet cleaning service. And so, guess what, I did! I hired Healthy Carpet Care & thank God they came out that day, last minute, & rescued me in time for the weekend! They completely cleaned up EVERY stain in my kids' rooms, where Peter said it was hopeless, & then they performed literal miracles with my other two very damaged rooms! They're beautiful! Long story short, I now won't have to replace any carpets due to the great job they did! Of course, this is Peter's business & I can't force him to do jobs he doesn't want to do. However, he should really inform customers ahead of time what he will do & what he will won't do. Then they will have time to get someone else who is willing to take money in exchange for a requested carpet shampooing, as opposed to what predicament I was left in today, on a Friday of the last week before putting my house up for sale, and so upset I wanted to cry. However, since all turned out well for me in the end, my main reason for writing this review is because I think customers requiring professional help for a somewhat difficult job need to be aware that on your scheduled appt day, Peter just may end up walking out on you. read more

I'll give Peter a five star rating for the following reasons. He has great scheduling availability. Communications are done via text and email notifications, even notifying you of his ETA to your home. Peter arrives in a commercial van that is well advertised and he himself is well uniformed. His work is above and beyond expectations for my home. Peter was tasked for a 8x10 area rug, two sets of stairs, three bedrooms and a hallway. The appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and was completed just before noon. At the time of completion, I was already able to see the brightness come back in the carpets even while they were still wet especially my lower staircase. I kept the windows open all day and the carpets were completely dry by the morning. With that being said I'd say highly recommend Peter, he's a great valve for his services and you won't be disappointed. read more
