The tech showed me the crack and then, after going inside they used their price sheet in their computer to give me a price for the repair based on the make and model of my vehicle, the replacement parts and the time it would take for the repair. Estimated time was three hours and they said they'd have it all done before the end of the day. (It was after 11 am at the time.) I got a call around 4 pm that the car was done. Nice. Great. They treated me well and I felt they were honest with me about everything and finished the work well before the end of the day. I'd definitely recommend taking your car here to be repaired.

I was on the fence of whether to get the oil changed or not because I was kind of on a time crunch, however, I had to drive the car significant distance so I determined if there was no wait then I would do it. I pulled up and was able to get right into the bay for service. About 30 min into waiting, I had noticed four cars leave the bay next to mine and my car was still not finished. I asked as to why it was taking so long and I was told that they did not have the oil filter in stock and had to "rush order" it in. The oil change was then completed, and I went on my way, but it would be really nice to have someone step out and explain that there will be a delay or an estimated time or something along those lines. It took about 45 min, which isn't terrible I guess, but probably at least twice as long as I was expecting, which seems even longer when on a time crunch.

I was concerned about having to wait a long time and asked the attendant if I should come back when it was less busy. He assured me that they were always busy and that they would get me done in about 30 minutes. I went into their waiting room that was quite comfortable and full of other customers. I picked out a magazine and sat down to wait. To my surprise they has me ready to go in about 25 minutes. They showed me a checklist of all the things they had looked at and it was very thorough. I noticed that there was a middle aged man keeping everything and everyone moving along. Everyone appeared to know what they were doing unlike many of the other lube shops I have gone into.
