The lady over the phone and in person was very helpful and thoroughly explained the year contract. She made sure to mention all the hidden fees beforehand. The instrument itself looked very used. But what do you expect for an affordable price. And since it was a rental, it's going to look worn out. My only concern was it worked. The offer you a complimentary lesson too for renting their instrument. But for some reason, the instructor overbooked and had us wait for half an hour. Not a great thing, especially on a school night. Overall, no complaints here. I will update if anything changes.

We completed 1 lesson and then I got pulled out of state. She did call me once which I responded that I would call her back once I returned. Fast forward to today, I call to schedule the final 3 lessons that are already paid for, she laughs and mocks the situation and then says she will not schedule. This is fraud. No where in the contact does it state you have to complete lessons within x period. Even then, I paid in late February 2022 and we are in April. Don't waste your time, energy or money.

Temecula Conservatory were easy to reach. They sent a video tour of their place. I liked that they have an Orchestra. The place itself is right off the freeway. The entrance to drive in is tight. There are plenty of parking spaces. The office is in a separate building. They give very detailed instructions on where the lessons are. The lessons are the building on the right. The room is large with 2 grand pianos. They also have 2 smaller rooms for lessons. My children have Tristan for piano lessons. Tristan is encouraging and enthusiastic!

His prices for tuning the piano is very reasonable and he takes his time. He took nearly 2 hours and didn't charge anymore but I felt bad so I provided a little more for his time. A major plus for me was he came a few minutes early for the 9:30 am appointment. Upon completion he played a couple of pieces which were amazing! He did mention that the piano was definitely out of tune since it's been 3 years. We discussed the possibility of me taking lessons from him since the piano doesn't get played as much since our daughter will be studying abroad. Based on his pieces he played, I am even more interested! If you are in the area I highly recommend John for your tuning. I will add a review once I start my piano lessons!
