La cosa più grave, però, è che presentava anche un'emorragia sottocongiuntivale all'occhio destro, di cui nessuno mi ha detto nulla al momento della riconsegna. Me ne sono accorta poco dopo essere uscita e ho chiamato subito la struttura per chiedere spiegazioni. Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile al telefono, ma resta il fatto che il cane mi è stato riconsegnato con queste condizioni senza che mi venisse segnalato nulla. Per quanto mi riguarda è stata un'esperienza molto negativa e, proprio per la mancanza di comunicazione su quanto accaduto, non riporterò mai più la mia cagnolina qui.

We were of course a little nervous to leave her with someone we didn't know well but maryanne is as professional as they get and you can really tell that she loves dogs. One thing I really appreciate is that she has a dog space in the oltrarno, with loads of beds, toys, each dog has their own locker and they are fed upon the schedule you wish. She asks a number of questions and even has a questionnaire to fill out before she meets you and your dog the first time. Ginger (my beagle puppy) absolutely loves going to Maryanne's and playing with other dogs, there is no 'kennel' like atmosphere but just a happy place where they have room to roam in the historical center of florence. Lastly, I find Maryanne's rates to be more than reasonable, and she also sends you photos and updates when you're away which I really appreciate! I highly recommend using her as your dog-sitter when in firenze

With help from one of the staff, Alexandra, we tried on quite a few vest, until we found the best fit. We also bought treats and chew toys that we were unable to find throughout Italy. The store is family owned and operated. Has far superior selections than a US box store and service was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful.
