I usually like my pho with hoisin sauce, but the broth of this pho was too good to add anything to it. It was fresh, and steamy but not too hot to burn my mouth. I rated this bowl of pho as a 9.5/10 as well. The service was incredible. I've never been to a restaurant where my order and food was served all within 10 minutes. Other people in the restaurant would arrive and order immediately, then their food would be out within 5 minutes. I was truly impressed.

Not a lot of pho choices if you're an exotic type though, as they only have the regular deluxe, rare beef, brisket, beef balls, or chicken/veggies (plus a couple meatless options). Their pho is quite inoffensive. Nothing to blow you off, but certainly no complaints for its quality. What a privilege to be able to enjoy well prepared Vietnamese food served in large portions. The pork served with both #49 and 58 were both juicy, tender, well- seasoned with great depth of flavor and texture. We also enjoyed the 3 bean drink. Reminds me of the Filipino halo- halo.
