An hour-long massage with Sharon is amazing, and only costs, as of writing this, 39 euros. I give her a 2-euro tip but have no clue what tipping culture in Germany is for masseuses; in any case she is always very appreciative. I have gotten the Ganzkörpermassage (full-body massage) with oil every time I've gone. Just walking into the room, I feel more relaxed. It is wonderfully warm and peaceful. The massage table is also heated, so if, like me, you get cold easily, I can assure you this will not happen with her. She plays music throughout the massage, usually relaxing classical types. Often but not always, the massage would start out with me sitting down. I was skeptical at first but she really is able to work on your shoulders well this way and I really grew to like it. Sharon uses the right amount of pressure and asks throughout the massage if everything is going okay. Yet she is not too talkative either -- she really wants you to have a good experience. The way she rubs is fabulous. She has some unique techniques that I, now a veteran massage-goer I guess (see my other reviews, sigh), had not felt before and they were very pleasant. Sharon is also a very beautiful person. When I left Tübingen I told her how fabulous the time with her was for me as it was a very stressful period of my life. She said it meant a lot to her too, to know that she was able to help me so much. Both her English and her German are not fluent (she says her English is better but since we only spoke in English I don't know), but I had no problem getting any point across or calling her for an appointment. Apparently some massages are reimbursable through the German health-care system if you go to a doctor and say you have back problems, etc. I chose to go directly to Sharon and have no clue if you can get reimbursed or just what, but it never hurts to ask her or your doctor or whatever. Further practical info: you can often call and get a same-day appointment and her schedule is amazingly flexible (Monday - Saturday 10 am - 8 pm). Basically if you are in Tübingen be sure to check out her out.

We thought it meant it would be packed but for the most part it was a good amount of people. The amount of saunas and Dampfbads is really good and the temperature range didn't disappoint. The place is a literal maze to walk through, which brings mixed reviews. Everywhere you go is themed which is cute. Downfalls: more showers and hair dryers in the bathroom would be nice. More places to lay down, or someone checking that people aren't hogging the daybeds the entire time just by throwing their towels down. But all in all, not the best I've been too but would definitely go again.

They responded that night, in English, and confirmed an appointment for the following night. During my appointment time, I was literally the only client, which was wonderful. They are a small boutique spa place where they can only accept a very limited number of clients at a time. This means you really get to enjoy and relax during your experience instead of feeling rushed or being disturbed by others. I got the the package deal where I got a 30 minute soak in the jet pool with essential oil, then 60 minute full body massage with herbs and oil, and a 30 minute head and neck massage. I felt so relaxed and zen by the end of my treatment that I'm trying to plot out how long should I wait to do it again. They are located on the 3rd floor of an unassuming office building. There is an underground parking garage you can use or a few limited street side parking. If your appointment is after hours, you will need to be buzzed in. I comminuted via email with Claudia who speaks both English and German. I ended up calling them and Claudia verbally walked me through the process of how to get into the building. Matthias, the masseuse, welcomed me and both he and Claudia gave me a tour of the facility, which can accommodate a couple's retreat. As for the treatment, I first selected the herbs I wanted to use for my massage, then the oil for my bath, finally I selected the hot tea I would be sipping during my soak. You can go full nude or wear a swimsuit. I was somewhat unprepared and didn't bring a suit, which worked out better in the end. Matthias was super professional as he worked on all the little muscles. He first diagnosed my back at the beginning of the treatment and then worked on issues during the massage. It felt wonderful. I really LOVED my experience there and can't wait to make an appointment with them for the next time.

All I can say is AMMMMAzing. Ayten is very professional while being very personal. I love going not only for the service but the interaction.
