Wow! Giant Christmas gift shop! So fun to look around at everything. It's all arranged nicely, and the buyers have a good sense of style. The only thing was that it would've been nice to not be breathing in the fumes from Roundup and the other fertilizer they carry right next to the Christmas stuff. Love love this garden center. People are so helpful and going there is an event. The displays are first class. They carry very different things for gifts and beautiful flowers for our garden with amazing variety. Visit the center during Christmas and you will be pleased with all the beautiful plants and ornaments. Just bought a 6.5 foot tree for next year. Can't wait to decorate it. read more

Going to Petitti's is an EXPERIENCE for the senses. Beautiful decor, merchandise, housewares, and all things plants and gardens. It's great to go in the middle of winter to thaw ur blood out! The employees are very nice, you can bring ur dog, clean bathrooms, lots of parking. A bit pricey. read more

Amazing! Very healthy plants everywhere and so many of them. Good prices and sometimes you can really get bang for your buck. My only complaint is the store is not all plants and mostly house stuff and junk. But in the summer there's a lot outside. Employees are everywhere and very willing to help. 100% worth it! read more

Was here the other day to use a coupon I had and wow- such a great selection of plants for all gardening needs. All of the Christmas was on sale as well and I secured some fantastic ornaments for next year. It's so pretty here and if they had seating , would legit sit and read a book or sip coffee. I used to go here all the time when it was still Eagle Creek Garden Center. I don't do a lot of gardening outside, but I love house plants. During the winter (off-peak), Eagle Creek always had a wide selection of house plants and I always found something interesting and unusual there. I just took the treck there - my first winter visit since Petitti bought the store. I was disappointed to see they hardly had any houseplants at all. A third of the store used to be designated to plants (off peak)...Petitti only had one table plus a few random plants here and there. The store is probably wonderful during the spring and summer, but it's definitely not worth the trek if you're the indoor garder like me. There was nothing unusual or exotic and the selection was terrible. I miss Eagle Creek. read more

I have always shopped at Petittiis on the west side but never out by us. I was so pleasantly surprised when we moved to the Chagrin Falls area there was one near by but I didn't expect this! From the second you pull into the drive it's like you are taken to some magical garden world filled with beautiful stone work and gorgeous greenery. Then when you walk in, the areas are all sectioned off with home decor based off a lake theme or a country theme and so on. When you go into the green house, you are brought into a world of plants of all different kinds. They have trees and bushes and annuals and herbs and basically, everything you can imagine. But what's even better is the staff. They are so full of knowledge and aren't afraid to share with you any ideas that come to their mind based off the project you are explaining. What's more reassuring is they don't make fun of people like me who are just starting out into garden and ask "I need those plants that come up year after year" and don't laugh when I don't know what those are called. But the best thing one of the staff members said to me as I was walking around was "hunny, smile, it's Sunday, the sun is shining, and you are surrounded by gorgeous flowers". It was the perfect reminder to enjoy the simple things. I really wish I said thank you to that worker because it was needed. Anyway, as you can see I love this place. I always find the best home decor gifts for friends and family and always spend way too much money on plants just because they're so gorgeous! I highly recommend Petittis but especially this location! read more

Santa experience was horrible, after seven years of getting pictures with Santa we were unable to get in because of the new "text message" alert system. The experience of standing in line , letting the kids get excited about Santa, shopping around etc. was totally eliminated and replaced by this electronic system--very disappointed. We walked into an empty Petittis, only to be told we would be number 88 in line and probably wouldn't even get to that number by close. read more
