They do very little for single people - probably because they're not very good cross- or upsale targets. Their 'Kundenzufriedenheit SEHR GUT' comes from their own checks, which you can hardly call reliable. Also the WEITEREMPFEHLUNGSRATE comes from their own tests - again not very trustworthy. Comparing their prices with those from other, better known operators there is hardly any difference. In fact, they are often more expensive when you add all the extra's. So, thanks, but NO thanks!
