It is pretty difficult to write a review on a gas station, since paying for this service is something that I tend to take for granted. If I receive fuel in my tank in exchange for money, I am pretty happy. The one comment that I will make about this gas station (which is why I removed one star) is because pulling in and out of this gas statation is a bit of a gong show. There are two entrances. and the gas pumps are kind of in a corner of a parking lot. Since they are in the corner, they require a sharp left hand turn to get in or a sharp right, depending on which entrance you are entering the gas station from. In the summer, it isn't much of a big deal, but in the winter, it is a real hazard, because one side of the pumps has a hill. Other than that, I am a happy customer. I pump gas, I pay, I leave. There is a little store that is always clean and sells coffee and snacks. You can also get propane here for your barbeque and swap tanks, which I have done for years. All in all, I'm a happy customer. Too bad about the tanks being in the corner of the parking lot, but what can ya do?

She also had no knowledge that there was even a coupon out. Management should really make sure their staff know what's going on before hand. I'm super pissed off. This is one of those little stations that have been around for a million years and are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. This is super convenient for me, close to home and competitive pricing with the big stations. The lot is a bit wee so once in a while people come in from the opposite side (likely to do with the side their gas tank is on as well) and block your exit. Alas this is not a criticism against the station this is just other driver's staring at you and not quite getting you have nowhere to go. Geeze dude there's a guy right behind me, you've pulled in front of me and I can't go around you...what do you want me to do? So lesson to me, go at odd times of the day when its less busy. I like the location and I like the well stocked shop with all things automotive, especially windshield wipers. I seem to go through those things weirdly fast.

Today, I was bringing 3 large slurpees to my poor sister-in-law and her boys. I had them in one of those cardboard trays, but because of the weight, it was a bit wobbly. Ramon to my rescue!! He is always so patient & kind to each of his customers - as if no one else exists on this planet but you. Today was no different. He saw me struggling and kindly packaged each slurpee in a plastic bag he tied at the top to insure the lid wouldn't pop off and gave me a more secure carrier to hold them in. I cannot thank this man enough. The service here is awesome - you're lucky if this is your 7-eleven!

When I go inside, I am always greeted and the staff is so friendly here. Yes, hard to believe for a 7-11 and a gas station! He brings me two bags of chips that are not what I ask for and I tell him so politely. When we finally clarify what I'm asking for he says the store does not stock them and this is the closest to what I want (I could see the chips I was asking for through the window). I'm overstimulated at this point so I ask him for Doritos instead. He walks over to the cheetos which are right next to the Doritos (honest case of miscommunication) and he points to a bag, I shake my head. he points to a different bag of cheetos and I shake my head again. we do this a few more times till I decide to point at the bag I want (I try not to point like that, I know it's rude but I was overwhelmed) and hes following my direction for a minute until he he gives up and grabs a random bag of cheetos, I shake my head, but he brings it to the counter and scans it before gesturing for me to pay. I wanted to grab two more things and I really don't like cheetos, but at this point i was standing in the rain after being at the gym and had been doing this for a good ten minute so I pay and leave. it was a really stressful experience and I ended up buying something I didn't want because the guy got frustrated (I get that it was stressful for him but never in the two years that I've lived next to the gas station had he gotten an order right and I am start to feel like it's more than just miscommunication as every other person at that gas station is so sweet and patient and always gets it at least mostly right).

The service is always pretty good (friendly/helpful) and the store is always clean (unlike the station by my house-see previous review). This location has lots of pumps so there is always space and THEY HAVE AN AIR HOSE - this is a big deal as they are hard to find. Out back they have a six bay U-wash with brand new power washers with soap, wax, vacuum, soap/brushes and clean, fresh water. There is also a drive thru wash with three levels to choose from. On sunny days the car washes do line up - come early. April Challenge 14/30
