It was the technician (later to find out the owner) and his interpreter. They pressure tested the pipes, sonar and pool dye test. There was a small crack in the skimmer that they filled with epoxy. After paying them $925 I returned back to my home office. 20 mins later I came down and saw the hot tub filled with brown water and the pump burnt out. They came back to put a temporary fix. I questioned how this happened and asked to speak with the owner. The interpreter said that he does not know the owner and that the owner is not active in the business. When I researched the business I found the name Oleksi Suk as principal owner and his photo online. This was the "technician" who caused all the damage and worked on the pool. This company has no values, no integrity or morals. Stay away!! They will end up causing you more harm than good and a small fortune to repair issues they cause. Take my word.... Stay away. They don't even deserve one star.
