worst service. made an appointment and they had me waiting. Petsmart should acknowledge the time and not make customers wait. Then they charge you additional if your leave.what's the use of making an appointment?? read more

They called me late in the afternoon to tell me that the appointment I had next day in the morning was canceled because the groomer was sick. They asked me to call to make another appointment. Called three times and no one answered the call. Made an appointment on line for two days later. Went to the store the next day to bring vaccination records and was told that my new appointment was not valid because there was no groomer available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

I had to wait in slow lines. Which means there was a long wait. In my experience that is a representation of poor service.

I can't say enough about the amazing service we received from Dr Torres, Justin and the rest of…read moretheir staff. We live here part time and had an emergency this week with our Doberman Zuko. He ended up having to have emergency surgery. Our appt was later in the day, and Dr Torres along with his staff stayed until almost 10 pm to ensure our dog was fully recovered from surgery and stable. The love, compassion and professionalism was outstanding! We had to return the next day for a follow up and again the service we, along with our dog received the upmost care! Thank you so much to everyone who helped us and Zuko!
