She was left alone on the table and the table fell on top of her and landed on her tail and blew out her entire tail! She had to find an emergency vet that would help them her tail was bleeding and swollen. They took her in and had stitches all through out her tail and us in so much pain. They did offer to pay for the vet bill but didn't even bother to follow up and see how she was as of yet. Also she boarded her once there year before last and her sweet dog came home with a tick on her nose super skinny and infested with fleas! If you care about your pets, Stay away from here!! Because they don't care about them!

We were wrong, Snazzy checked all the boxes. Our little doxie, Willie Mays, lost his buddy of eleven years just before the move. Willie was one stressed out doxie and could not be left alone. It takes a little while to get into a "groove" with a new groomer- just like it does a new Vet or a new Doctor. You have to learn about each other & learn what works and what doesn't. So far I'm very satisfied with Groomer Has It & hope to use them as long as my babies need grooming. I need to add that I only tried this groomer after my regular groomer couldn't fit us into their schedule with the covid restrictions. So glad they couldn't!!

His luscious coat is completely gone, and he feels like a Brillo pad. It will take months or more to get back his coat, and winter is coming. And let's put aside the obvious misinterpretation for a second. I ask for his feet to be trimmed, and they were not done completely, there are spots that are short and long. And his nails weren't trimmed at all. Also, his bum was not trimmed evenly. If I wanted a bad trim job, I could of done that my self and saved $45. I feel like my dog looks older because of this haircut. Just a crappy job all around. I ask for a refund, and was not given one. The owner, Diana, said she would do better next time. Yeah I don't think so. The picture on the left is from Groomer Has It. The picture on the right is from Jazz em up two months earlier, you can see that the feet are groomed properly. Even my poor dog is not happy, and can tell a difference.

Great boarding experience this last weekend. Our small (8 pound) dog stayed 4 nights and got a…read morebath. The boarding location was decorated very cute and was very clean. The owner sent us photos during our trip. When I arrived for pick up, our dog was playing in the large, fenced-in yard, while the owner was watching her. Our dog looked (and smelled) great after her bath. I am particular about who takes care of our pets and I would feel comfortable leaving our dog at Moe's anytime we need to go out of town.
