They open at 8 am but you should be here 45 minutes earlier to beat the crowds. It's first come first serve so the later you get here the later you get out. She lives nearby of this…read morePet Hospital and after she decided to rescue him from the streets, I encouraged her to search for a vet so we could get him fixed, checked and vaccinated. Since I promised to help my mother take care of the expenses, and this kitty was pretty sick, me living in Florida and my mom in PR, I found myself often calling this hospital for consultations, to discuss procedures done and bill. Even though this was all done on the phone, the staff here was very patient with answering my 100 questions and taking time to talk to me and explain everything. My mother was very happy with how everything turned out. Staff is very attentive, understanding and patient. While in PR, this past Christmas, I was able to visit the facilities and meet the people who I had talked to on the phone so many times. I'm convinced the vet here loves and is passionate about what she does and I'm so content my mom's kitty, Gatún, is doing well and taken care off. Only downside is they only take Cash, and with hospital visits usually being on the expensive side, this was often an inconvenience, but a manageable one.

Our appt was later in the day, and Dr Torres along with his staff stayed until almost 10 pm to ensure our dog was fully recovered from surgery and stable. I've used PetSmart nationally for 15yrs I moved to PR 2 yrs ago, and I had no issues when I first…read moremoved here with PS grooming but in the past year it's been one issue after another leaving me to call corporate each and every time I make a grooming appt. The only reason I go back to PS here is because local groomers DO NOT REQUIRE proof of vaccinations for the animals they groom leaving my dogs exposed to potential issues. Sadly I'm forced to use PS!! They suck and I just hate dealing with them! I have 2 dogs and one of my dogs gets hystetical during grooming as he gets older I spoke to my vet about this and he recommended tredozone to calm him down. Although PS corp regulations does not have an issue with this locally the store manager and grooming manager have fought me at every turn every time I do what they ask I'm then required to jump through another hoop. The last time I took my dogs I was unable to give my dog something to calm him down and because of this they were unable to do his face, yet they charge me $94 for the service!! I'm a veteran and they never have availability on Tuesday's for me to take advantage of the break!! These managers at this PS location should be terminated!! They do not value their long standing customers or the brand they represent!! And the company corp version needs to grow a pair!! If the regulations are from the top down there should be no way for the store to manipulate the rules!! I wish there was a Petco close by to compete!!
