This store is my fave so far. It has the best service and better prices than the other guys. They always ask if I need help loading my stuff in the car. I also love the bulk clay clumping kitty litter. Who needs the fancy shmancy stuff? read more

While looking at one of their services, we saw a small mouse or rat run across the floor and under the stairs inside. It was absolutely repulsive. I would give zero stars if possible. If you're considering puppy preschool I highly recommend it, they taught me a few things I didnt know despite having dogs all my life. They also approached many of their suppliers and had many great gifts for us making the puppy preschool sensational value. The guys there are Herriot House really are running a professional show and deserve all the success they get. Keep it up Herriot House.

I called WTVS to book a time for our cat to get her stitches removed. I told them I had never been there before, that they had taken care of our cat while she was with the RSPCA, we had only just adopted her and she needed her stitches out. We showed up for her appointment, handed over our paperwork with our cats' information, vaccinations, microchipping, desexing, and her notice for free stitches removal at that vet surgery etc and were left waiting for over half an hour before the vet called us in. Without asking about why were were there, he went straight into the paperwork about her vaccinations and that she didn't even need to be there! So, I had to turn around and tell him that she wasn't there for vaccinations and she was there to have her stitches out. They tried to charge me for the removal of the stitches, although changed their tune when I again handed back the notice that I already provided that said they would provide free stitches removal. Disgraceful, unprofessional and incompetent, I don't know why the RSPCA uses them, I will be taking our new family member elsewhere.

The RSPCA arranged for a vet appointment here, and we were so grateful for the extensive care our kitty received. Dr. Michael took extra time with Louie, and the fees were reasonable. I think he took kindly on us, because Louie was very sick, and the RSPCA refused to pay for the second trip within the first week (long story. It all worked out in the end for all of us). Both of our appointments were on schedule, fees were fair, care was excellent, location is easy to get to, etc, etc!
