I wasted $200 for Coquat to fight my traffic citation. In 9 months the only corespondence I received from the company was to let me know they were closing early for the New Year. I came home from college when I was younger and told my father i was preparing to take the LSAT and I told him that I wanted to have a career as an attorney. My father has two degrees from Rice University. He stated "Son, do you know what the first thing they do to students when they start law school? There's no way they're all legit... especially now that I've seen these ones that line up with my experience. I guess they haven't paid off robots to post on Yelp yet. I could NOT have had a worse experience with them. They took my money, did the bare minimum, claimed they did work that I did myself the second I mentioned wanting to leave. They removed my access to the pages and pages worth of discovery responses and documents that I did. The one actual meeting I had with them I had to ask if the paralegal had even gone over my case before we met and if she knew the answers for anything I needed to go over. I would ask a question and she would literally read out loud what the discovery question was, but not explain anything about it. The only time he was willing to speak with me was during the 30 minute consult, which he cut short to ten minutes, saying I had a good case. Regardless of my requests to speak with him instead of his assistant, he was MIA. They'll make you feel like a criminal, take your money, and be the least empathetic people I've ever talked to. Crazy way to treat someone paying you upwards of $18k. Stay away from him and especially his assistant Tammy.

This is why they are no longer our carrier. Anyhow, she went to municipal court & the judge asked for proof of the policy. We rescheduled and went back later with the proof. This time there was another judge present, he went on to scold my daughter on financial responsibility and so on. They wouldn't let me in the courtroom they made me wait outside. She explained to him what all happened and it wasn't good enough, eventhou we had other arrangements with the previous judge. They made us wait over 4 hours, the intent was to make us loose time. I motioned for her to reschedule, she did we left. This was a sad & pathetic reason to take more parking fees, time away from work. I had a plan. In my house, I pay the bills. My daughters obligation is to finish her college classes. She wouldn't know when or how much the bill is or due. I called this law firm, the lady explained to me what would happen & the fee. I even paid it in payments. They handled the issue for us and refunded $75!! Super courteous & friendly, I highly recommend this law firm. Did I pay more, probably but well worth it than dealing with inept court staff.
