I completed the program and that was fine. It took them 9 months to get me my DMV Certificate of completion! I had to reschedule my appointment with the DMV to reinstate my license to another month late because they never sent them proof after they assured me that it was sent. When I called for proof the receptionist said she had no idea what I was talking about and could not get a message to the counselor about my issue. Now I'll have to pay for this interlock devise to be in my car a whole month that I should be able to drive because they dropped the ball on my paperwork for 9 months after I completed their program with no issue.
