Although you must provide your own cage,food,treats and whatever your pet needs for comfort. I love the system. I would prefer that the food and other stuff is his own stuff. No digestive problems from switching to another brand of food. His treats were approved by me because I provided it which gave me comfort in knowing what my rabbit was getting while I was away. Good prices too! Ok so when I picked him up a week later he was in a much bigger "kennel". A cat kennel versus a cage, I think they did that since there was extra room for him, it was much bigger than his cage for babysitting. He looked comfortable and was happy to see me. They take pride in what they do. The facility is clean. The dogs are separated from the cats. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They accept VAT forms. But since the price for my rabbit was so cheap I didn't need a VAT form. I will come back here any time I go on vacation. Also when I went to pick my rabbit up, the door was locked (probably lunch time or something) but I simply rang the bell even though they have specific times of open/close and one of the staff members came to the door and I was able to get my bunny and go home. I have taken my pet here several times, I have been punctual every time. Appointment lengths and…read moretimes vary based on the needs of your pet and therefore, the time your pet gets seen can shift slightly right or slightly left. This place does its best to stay in schedule. This place is very knowledgeable about required and optional vaccines and ultimately leaves decisions up to pet parents. I had taken my pets to get their vaccines and I had one of my two react negatively (none of us could have known how she'd react). But they were able to get her in timely on a follow up, get her seen and counteract any negative effects. My baby is doing just fine now. I can't say enough about a place that does it's best to take care of all their pet patients and pet parents and fit everyone in! Thank you for always being there! Thank you for always calling and telling us? You need to reschedule and thank you for giving my pet, the best care possible.
