However when we got the boarding passes we discovered they had not, and by that time they had all gone. We were promised they would look into this but we have heard nothing. My husband emailed them last week and we can see they have read the email but have simply ignored it. I personally do not trust them to deal with anything beyond a standard booking. Disappointing.

However, this is a small shop and I would not recommend it for anyone looking to purchase hardware/software from new. Use a large retailer for that and remember to do your research thoroughly to get the most hardware for your money.
