Company director (Paul Masters) refused partial refund and clearly isn't aware of consumers rights. We went to their workshop and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The work went ahead and they arrived on the arranged date and measured up. The quartz was prepared and fitted about 10 days later. We had the worktops, upstands and splashback fitted and it was installed, joined and finished to an excellent standard (I have never seen better) and to the agreed schedule. The adhesive used did smell while setting but this soon went away. All the work was completed with minimal fuss or mess. The worktop is really spectacular and our builder was extremely impressed and has also recommended Marble Supreme. I would definitely use them again.
