Trinity K is great! She is an absolute goddess! I had the most relaxing deluxe facial, lymphatic drainage massage, pressure points, exfoliation, aroma therapy, eye brow waxing and shaping, ear lobe tension release. My daughter wanted to get acrylics. It was the worst job ever and looked like she did it herself. She is going to get it redone professionally. Lesson learned. What made the experience worse, it took 3 hours and the girl whom was doing her nails was distracted with other conversation, as well as swear words- unprofessional. As her mom, I went to go ask the estimation time and the girl could not give an answer but rather replied " I have 4 nails left and then time to dry- with a condescending tone". I would highly recommend that the girls quit gossiping in front of customer, watch their language, and concentrate on the quality of their work. Tried calling several times to schedule appointments and the receptionist kept putting me on hold and never returning to assist. I then tried emailing to the "contact us" address given - and it was an invalid email. After reading the reviews, I am grateful. I graduated from Phagans Medford in 2008 and the experience there was VERY different! Hi everyone, I wanted to perm my hair, and when I asked Bend Community Page on FB, 5 of the answers recommended Phagans Central Oregon Beauty College. I had an appointment with them, and OMG how lucky I felt. I had my perm 2 days ago, and I LOVE it. The young lady Savannah who did my hair was very professional, kind, gentle and perfectionist. My hair never felt so soft yet permed. Savannah gave me the tools to feel better about my hair and myself. Everyone in that place was so professional and polite. Make sure you have cash or check to tip your stylist! This was my first time getting services done at a beauty college so I had no clue and felt awful when I checked out because I couldn't leave any tip. I just had a hair trim and heated conditioning on my hair with Jessica U (there are 4 Jessica's I heard). Jessica U was really friendly, personable, and did a nice job. I went there on a recommendation from a friend when I said I needed a trim but couldn't justify spending $60 to trim my hair. I don't ever want to discredit industry experts hard work but I truly think $60+ for a hair trim is absurd(sorry). So anyway, I came to the beauty school and had expected to pay half the price but it was more like 1/6 of the price. Holy moly! I can't believe they don't charge more!! :0 read more

The wait time was longer than I expected; but they did a great job on my kids hair. The instructors were attentive and helpful as needed. This location is not affiliated with the Portland area Phagans schools, and they have a different menu and price list. Overall a good spot to know about, and we'll go back. read more

Went there for the first time for a regular haircut. Felicia did a very nice job. Considering they're students, it takes longer for a haircut but I'd rather have them take their time and do a good job. Everyone was friendly there. read more

It's a wonderful school to go to to. The educators try to hard to make sure that your feel ready when it's time for you to go out on your own. I highly recommend attending here if you are thinking about going into the cosmology field. read more

I just got the best haircut I've ever had. I have short fine hair and she listened to what I wanted and asked questions to verify we were on the same page.
