Had to go to civil claims court. Judge ruled in my favour. They still haven't paid, so am enforcing the sheriff to seize their property to pay my refund back. AVOID - I do not recommend them. Have since found out TWO other customers who were unhappy with their service - again, wrong colours and wrong measurements. One guy had a whole wall missing! Joe Bonello - he is all nice but when you want something he doesn't like, he gets abusive and was yelling/swearing in front of my 6 year old daughter. Very unprofessional.

We know lots of people who have built with the larger companies and were a little bit sceptical listening to some of their bad experiences. We loved the service, quality and construction time we got from Singh Homes. Our sales person looked after us from start to finish. We had direct contact with our site supervisor and any concerns were answered for us promptly and effectively. Building time took only 3.5 months and we are delighted with our house. Would certainly build our next home again with SINGH HOMES. Very happy!.

He was also very patient and receptive when I wanted to make late design changes. Communication was excellent - I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Draft-Rite is a small operation but has extremely intimate knowledge of the industry which, for a complicated project such as mine, made life very easy. If you like small specialised companies where you can liaise with the owner and contact them directly at anytime then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Draft-Rite.
