As I looked around, I understood why there was a lengthy queue of keen shoppers. The secret, worth uncovering here, is their wonderful range of in-house plant-based products. They have an appealing old-fashioned edge, in their presentation, without unnecessary wasteful packaging - just attractive, informative labels and practical containers. I love their elixir dentifrice (mouthwash) containing mint, myrrh, propolis, sage and cassia and their well-priced range of skin care products. Staff are helpful and patient (in spite of the queues); they've even been brilliant when I've re-ordered items over the phone for delivery to the UK.
