The service is always super friendly, even in the busiest flu season, and they are never in a hurry to close the shop exactly on time. You speak Dutch, French, English or German? Not a problem for the multi-lingual owners and staff. The prescribed medicine is not in stock? No problem, they will get it for you within a couple of hours. I miss 'my' pharmacy and the nice little chats with Ralf, and the whole family sends our very best regards from Barbados to all of you in Apotheek Jansen-Ceuppens.

They listen to your embarrassing stories, without giving you the eye. They don't try recalling an embarrassing story next time when you drop by either. And... they'll always try to help as good as they can. But best of all. Just like the country side where I grew up: they remember what you told them last time and they'll gladly have an update on your latest events.
