The reason for three stars is that this location has some of the most limited hours. The hours are significantly more limited than Shoppers which is a major downside. They should think of increasing the hours to match the service of other competitors in the area. After all, in this day and age, it's now expected to have pharmacies open more than past 6 PM. Just makes sense.
