Before I learned that my Swiss QR code would work as a COVID pass in France, I was turned away from a spot here in Strasbourg. I was informed there that any pharmacy in town could review my CDC card and passport and for a small fee, provide a Pass Sanitaire. I started here at Pharmacie Saint Thomas as it was closest.
They had a busy queue for a busy afternoon and after eventually understanding what I wanted (some English, not much), they said that they were unable to help. At least she was polite about it.
It turns out that not every pharmacy in cities can do this, despite what I was told by someone else. If you're in the same situation, go read my review on the Swiss office of public health, https://www.yelp.com/biz/federal-office-of-public-health-köniz?hrid=fa--d7_pfr4Tq3xKfzfRug.
