This month my heater was found to work improperly by the gas company and I needed to have it fixed for safety reasons before I could use it again. The gas technician had a bit of a discouraging attitude towards the furnace being able to be repaired and hinted that it would have to be replaced but Ray proved otherwise. He cleaned it thoroughly checked it up and down replaced a duct and was able to ensure that it was running correctly and safely in a short amount of time. He gave me HONEST advice regarding the furnace and hot water heater. When the gas tech came by to reinspect the furnace he was impressed by Ray's work also and he gave it the all clear to go! If only all HVAC and other appliance servicers were as knowledgeable, as good of a worker, courteous, friendly and fair priced as Ray, getting work done in a home would be something to look forward to.
