In all 4 projects, I never had a concern about who was coming to work at our home. The crews left the work sites clean and orderly and always took great care to make sure our yard was cleaned off. However, surprise,surprise after fill installation we were told that's not even an option for unspecified reason. And of course my contract did not specify the length so we were stuck. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. If I could get a full refund and replacement value I would be happy. I do not recommend anyone me use this company
