They made no attempt to inform me of discounts, no attempts to compare insurance coverages to help me save money and gave no useful advice. I had to research everything on my own and come up with specific questions to ask because they were not forthcoming with their industry knowledge. Every time I called them it went to voice mail and I would have to wait for a return call and then reiterate my question, despite having left a detailed message in the voice mail. She said to come back when it was due and she would go over everything and see what she could do. He returned about 2 weeks ago with the policy info that came and she was not there. He left it with a gentleman who said he would go over it and give him a call. My husband returned about week later since he had not heard from him. He waited awhile as the man was on the phone speaking Spanish with someone. When he got off the phone he said he could not find the paperwork but gave a high quote with no explanation of what it covered. My husband told him to find the paperwork and he would return for it. Several days later he stopped in for the paperwork. The man told him the cleaning lady probably threw them away. What kind of business keeps personal information out for everyone to see and the cleaning staff goes threw it and throws it away? This agent thought nothing of this no apology, just didn't care.
