I repeatedly asked for email confirmation, but they said they could not send it; however, they assured me the cancellation was submitted for September 20. Fast forward to October 28 - I'd been busy with my move but called to check on the cancellation. They informed me that it was never processed and that they could only cancel it from October 28. They acknowledged that there was a record of my call on September 20 but explained that the cancellation was not processed correctly then due to an agent's error. I stated that this was not acceptable and insisted on a refund from September 20. They refused. I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which became another ordeal because I had no paper trail from September 20. I eventually received a refund from October 28, after paying for over a month of coverage I didn't need and couldn't use because I had already moved, and the car was not even parked at my old address anymore, all due to their error and refusal to take responsibility. Summary: Untrustworthy company; do not use.
