The site did mention how long it will take for handcrafting the necklace so I'm okay to wait. I messaged them about the progress just to see how it's going. They reply to my msg within a day telling me the status. When the necklace was done, they emailed me telling me the craftsmanship wasn't as nice as they want it to be and offer to re-make it for me! (I probably wouldn't even tell if I receive the necklace.) Although it took an extra few days for re-do and the wait for delivery took some time, I was sooooooo happy when I receive the necklace! It was perfectly engraved with my dearest Chloe's face and the craftsmanship and quality were outstanding!! I love it so much!! Just want to say thank you for your product and service especially to Serena who follow up all my enquiries. Will be ordering more very soon! :)

They have everything, Men's, Women's, Children's clothing, shoes and accessories. Prices are very very good. Make sure you go all the way to the back of the store. They have so much to choose from. Make sure you ask for tax free, they will give you the receipts and paperwork you will need to take to the airport and get your taxes refunded. When you factor that into the already discounted prices you will see the huge savings. The more you spend the higher the tax rate of return, so you save more money, when you spend more. This is a definite stop.

My wife went in there on our first day in Stresa, after asking in the Tourist Office on the waterfront if any local stores sold luggage. (One of our large suitcases had lost a wheel and half its handle on the trip over from the USA.) Valentina, one of the owners and fluent in English, was so gracious and accommodating in showing my wife various pieces, then offering to bring in a Samsonite suitcase from their other store for her purchase the next morning. I don't know how Valentina could have been any more delightful to deal with, despite her protracted hassle getting "the system" to electronically accept our passport info so we could claim a refund on the VAT at the Milan airport. That was on our second day in Stresa. On our third and last day in Stresa, a Sunday, we were on the Lake Maggiore Express from morning through early evening. My wife kept commenting that she wished she had bought a very distinctive handbag in Casamonti that would be an instant and useful remembrance of our vacation in Italy, but she feared she had missed the opportunity. As soon as the ferry from Locarno docked at 19:10, my wife raced over to Casamonti because Valentina had told her on Saturday the store would open until 19:00 that Sunday. Valentina and her mother had almost shut the store, yet they welcomed her in just like an old friend and took the time to show her several purses. My wife was so thrilled to have another purchase from Casamonti. Although I don't think we will have the opportunity to return to Stresa, if we do, I suspect my wife will make a beeline to Casamonti!

Also I love their Manor restaurant, we ate there few times and it was very cost effective. Clothing department wasn't anything special a lot of American brands that we have in USA, so we were not interested in clothes. But I highly recommend their to -go smoothies and food. And also MANOR restaurant is very good also open during 3-5 when all restaurants in town are closed.

I came here for their cafeteria style dining and it was very busy because I came during the lunch rush. There is salad, pizza, meat, wine, breads, fresh juice and a lot more. Everything is individually priced so it does add up. I wanted to explore Manor and they had so much merchandise. They have things for home, toys, novelty items, clothes, sports equipment and a lot more. Seriously, everything you need is in here. Again, price is a little steep.
