When I first contacted her she spent almost an hour on the phone with me asking what I was looking for, what my expectations were, what my routines were, what I ate, what I drank, etc. She helped me understand I needed to change and had answers for how to do just that. I began training with her 3 days a week in August 2023 in hopes of becoming stronger and to lose weight. My first session I couldn't even do one pushup. Jessica was so patient and knowledgeable, understanding and encouraging that when I was finally ready to leave her and go to a gym, I had lost 28 pounds and became so much stronger, mentally and physically.
