A day or two before my scheduled first workout, she called and said she was no longer available to personal train, I would have a different trainer. The new trainer seemed unsure and kept asking me about what I wanted to do. I asked her how long she'd been a personal trainer - I was her first client ever. My issue is I paid the price of a seasoned trainer. Then, after my first 2 sessions, both my husband and I ended up in the ER for different serious medical issues. We ended up having to return home to our own doctors. I called to let Lorena know and asked if I could be refunded for the remainder of my sessions. So for the $1248 total costs when I met Linda I was given one piece of paper to choose selected foods as the "roadmap" to help w/ my health ailments.
