    Philly cheesesteak with peppers

Ordered on door dash because this place is pretty highly recommended locally. Can't comment on the service but the portions were big and the sandwiches were pretty decent, sorta greasy though. What blew my mind even more was their French fries which taste exactly like OG McDonalds fries!!!! I'd honestly go back just for those

What a gem! This place is great! Fresh meats, quick and friendly service, what more could you want. But seriously I was pretty impressed with the loaded cheesesteak sandwich! No fat on the meat but was still juicy and flavorful. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend giving them a try!

Great sandwiches! All the meat is excellent, the thickness of the bread is perfect, and the staff was very friendly. I'm sure I will be back because these were the best Phillies I've had in WA/OR!

Came in today and got a pastrami sandwich and fries and it never disappoints. Always fresh and friend service. Got to watch some nba summer league and had a great meal with my wife. If you get a chance check them out. You will enjoy it.

I came here for dinner after reading the good Yelp reviews. The place was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Since it was my first time, he was very helpful in guiding me on what to order! So, I ordered the 8" Loaded Bilmo meal(drink & fries), and I might as well go all the way! It came prepared in about 8 minutes, and I'm glad I ordered the 8" over the 16"--it was more than enough! The sandwich was hot, delicious & fresh! We loved it here! Hope to be back again!

This place has a lot of things going for it. In addition to quality food, the bread is able to hold up to the sandwich. Some other places where you get a pastrami sandwich. The bread has fallen apart before you finish it and it's just a big mess. The quality of the steak and pastrami is top notch. The fries if you can tell from the picture just overflowing so a small would probably feed three or four people. They're make it a meal deal that includes fries and a drink is probably a pretty good value since you can share the fries. As I mentioned earlier. Quick service friendly people behind the counter. I'm not sure what I would change other than perhaps making a little bit more comfortable seating. Cirrus is quick. Definitely worth going to again. I think the next time I go I'm going to try the hot dog. They have all kinds of toppings that you can pick three from so it's worth the visit

Simple place with nice staff and a limited menu, the sandwiches are small and the prices high, but mine happened to be delicious. I ordered the Loaded Cheesesteak ($13.75), my son had the Italian Sub ($13.75), and we shared a medium ($6.50). As I said, my sandwich was small, but the flavor profile was complex and tasty and my son seemed to enjoy his sub. The cheese sauce on the fries was warm and good, but the choice of frozen fries was disappointing as larger and crispier french fries would have held up to the cheese better. We live in Portugal, so paying $40 for two small sandwiches, a side of fries, and a fountain drink seems a tad high, even in the USA. Have to get this every time I'm in the 'Couve. So bomb. Getting pricy but so is everything everywhere.

I been coming here for years it's the best cheesesteak in Vancouver wa I think but sometimes it's ok but definitely one of my favorite places five stars for me

The Loaded Bilmo Cheesesteak 8" plenty of food!! I'm glad I didn't get the 18"!! Very good!

The Philly's here are some of the best in the area since Portland is a bit of a drive. Their food is consistently good and their fries taste better than a lot of fries I've ever had! Just something about them is so yum!! Also, that mango habanero hot sauce they make, don't sleep on that and definitely get it!! It's delicious and don't know how I ate anything without it! I did have the hot dog with chilli and cheese and wasn't as excited about that. The hot dog, although a good brand, not my fave and the chili needs a lot more flavor!! However, I highly recommend this place!

It took a while to get my order, but it seemed as if they hired a new worker and were showing him he ropes on how to properly make a good cheesesteak sandwich. The person teaching seemed like he had a passion for the craft of assembling and making the sandwich. But needless to say, he did, because it was pretty fire in my opinion. The beef was delicious! Very well seasoned and accompanied by the onions and swiss cheese, the sandwich was to die for! The peppers worked extremely well, and the roll that they used was super soft and toasted as well. The presentation of the sandwich was simple, but you're able to peer directly in and see all the ingredients inside the sandwich. Beef was tender and each bite was a melty, cheesy, burst of flavor in my mouth.

The shop is located right after the Budget Rental Car building off of Canyon Road, you turn left going east into the parking lot as you pass the Budget building, the sandwich shop is right next to the hot tub shop on the left of the lot, ample parking is available. The interior has a few tables but seating is limited if you plan on eating in. The menu board is basic and to the point. You can create your own sandwich or select from the various options. A key fact, they only serve one size sandwich a 12 inch. I ordered the chicken with pepperjack cheese, hot peppers (they are hot), black olives, pickles and mayo (I will share that you might ask for a smaller spread of mayo if you are not a huge mayo fan), my son ordered the Supreme with steak, mayo, unions, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, mushrooms and steak sauce on a soft white roll. The bread was amazingly soft and holds up well with all of the toppings. The sandwich taste was amazing, it took about 8 min or so to get our order but well worth the wait, they sandwiches were packed with toppings, nice and hot proteins, we also ordered fries with cheese dip, the french fry order was much larger than expected glad that we shared them, the cheese dip is also very tasty. We look forward to our next sandwich.

The whiz was done right and was nice and thin as opposed to being too thick like some places do it. I appreciated the idea behind putting multiple cheese types in here, but I think it probably would have been better with just whiz. Unfortunately, my biggest gripe with this sandwich was that the meat used was pretty clearly chopped up burger meat as opposed to the typical shaved steak that you would typically encounter in a cheesesteak. While I hoped that this wouldn't make too much of a difference and would still be an enjoyable sandwich, I just couldn't overlook it as I ate the sandwich. When I got it, I was shocked to feel an ice cold bun. Balloon bread and not your Amorosa's or ABC bread you'd get in Philly nor an attempt to a close approximation that you find at other Philly CheeseSteak outfits in the PDX - 'Couve area. It was real nice and dripping and I thought "Ah the sign of a true Cheese Steak" BUT it was WATER not the combination of cooking juices you'd expect. Turns out that I was buying a "Roast Beef au Jus" with onions and "cheese" sauce added and not a grilled CheeseSteak. The cheese is a cheese sauce of questionable origin. They offered me Swiss but I declined because I wanted to see what they are offering. So if you like Roast Beef au Jus then this is your place! :-( Just order it with the Swiss or better yet without cheese! The highlight was that I asked for extra onions and got it in Spades! It made for a bigger sandwich so I can't comment on portion size otherwise. I will not be looking for this place when the Clark County Fair comes around again next year (unless I am in the mood for a dripping Roast Beek au Jus!!) SIGH! P.S. the curly fries are underdone and greasy but that's OK with me.
