We visit this location often. We have yet to have a problem with an order. Order is always ready when we arrive. Nice and hot. Sandwiches are really good. I've never had an authentic philly cheese steak sandwich so I don't have much to compare it to, but it's better than all of the other local phillys I've had. I also like that their menu consists of more than just sandwiches. I also really enjoy their fries. They send a lot. I do wish they were SLIGHTLY more budget friendly, but I love supporting a local business so I'll still visit as often as I can. read more

Stopped for the first time last Thursday, traditionally date night for my wife and me. I love I mean LOVE Pilly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Had them across the country including the original in Philadelphia. The Cheesesteak I had Thursday last at Philly Cheesesteak and Wings was as good as the one I experienced at the original in Philadelphia (if not better because I had the one with mushrooms). Date night is Thursday and although it's against our rules to do the same place 2 weeks in a row, I'm thinking of doing it again. I heard they have killer homemade cheesesteak rolls I'm curious. My wife and I visited the other day for the first time. We both had the cheesesteak lunch special. Considering that the bread was supposedly from Amaroso Bakery, the actual cheesesteak was just okay. Not enough cheese, not enough grill onions, and the beef was really more of a mush that was too finely chopped. The fries were good -- thin, hot, and crispy with the potato skins still on the edges. There was a soft drink dispenser there for self-service and refills. The actual kitchen was behind a closed door and the order/taker was behind a clear sheet of ceiling to countertop high plastic. The order taker/cashier was quite unfriendly, just took our order, and made change. There was no welcome, enthusiasm, or positive vibe. The place did have a steady stream of take-out customers and one other couple dining-in. Being that I drove 12 miles to get to the place, I can go to the Clermont Jersey's Mikes, get a better tasting and larger cheesesteak, and be treated like a valued customer. If I was nearby I would try it again because it was okay, but I would not drive the 12 miles, again. read more

Went there when it first opened and it was awesome. The steak sandwich was incredible. The second time we went it was good but not as good as the first time. The third time we couldn't eat the sandwiches they were so salty. I had told my daughter how good it was and when she visited we got take out (Third time). Have not been back since. That was over a month ago. Wasted over $60.00 for three sandwiches, fires and onion rings. What a disappointment. Can't ring myself to even give it another try. The place is great but every time I go in this bald guy is there. He distracts the staff and walks around like he owns the place. He will sit at the table for 2 hours or more.
