I arrived at the store with ALL of my bridesmaids and was not waited on. Finally they got to me and gave us the bridesmaid's dress we were looking to try on (it was on the manikin) and gave us two options to try it on... either the RESTROOM or we could go upstairs. Obviously we went upstairs where they left us alone! Finally all the girls tried on the dress and I brought it back downstairs where I then told them I wanted to order swatches for the color. They hand me the swatch book and WALK AWAY! after grabbing the salesperson's attention to try and order the swatch the stops her conversation with me to check out another customer, once again ignoring me, I am pushed aside and forced to leave the book at the counter. I then looked at invitations for 20 minutes and not one sales associate asked me if I needed help, not once. There was one woman helping someone with invites and two other associates walking around helping various customers. They lost out on my sale.... I had a lot of money to be spent possibly at this location, but to be honest I'd rather stay far FAR away. Sorry for the premature yelping... perhaps you might just want to call them for ideas or go there to look for ideas in their invitation books etc... because they do have a lot of stuff. It's just a shame they don't have enough people to pay attention (or who care about) the clientele.

They printed the envelopes for my invitations (sadly, I bought the actual invitations elsewhere before ever going to OSWS - I regretted it!), menus, place cards, programs, bar menus, rehearsal dinner invitations, breakfast invitations, & table numbers. I was able to design everything with the ladies at OSWS and they were SOOOOOO patient with me! For each piece I was ordering, they sent me an electronic proof and then were happy to make any changes that I needed. The ladies at the Shoppe are so incredibly helpful, kind, understanding, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. I spent so much time there working on my wedding details and would do it again in a heartbeat. I can't wait for another occasion in my life so I can go back and work with them again!
