After speaking to the sales lady about her and me wanting to add to the box, she walked throughout the store with me and helped me pick out the perfect things to add to make it perfect. This was a couple weeks after losing her and my husband and I were still very emotional about it and she was so caring and even looked at her picture and commented on how beautiful she was. It was such a positive experience that I know other stores would not have provided us and the box came out better than we could have even imagined. Thank you!

I then received an email stating that my order was ready to be PICKED up. Picked up?? I PAID TO HAVE IT ALL SHIPPED!! I have called the Micheal's store everyday since I've placed the order trying to talk to a manager, 4 days now. My phone number has been taken each time and I was told I would receive a call back. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. I called again several times today NO ONE ANSWERED. Never again Michael's. Hobby Lobby gets my business from here on out!!!

The staff member I encountered was both gracious and courteous. They carry a wide range of merchandise with no particular rhyme or reason, but it all flows, seamlessly. I loved the energy and vibe of the store. There is street parking on either side of the street. I purchased a tshirt on this visit and declared I'd be back to look around and shop again. Perhaps the most notable thing about the boutique store, there is a food pantry donation center located just outside the front entrance. Stop in, if you can, and bring a canned good or 2 if you can spare it.

For those with little kids, this shop also has a fun section of kids toys and clothes. It's also perfect for those looking for a gift for a little one. I picked up some stickers for my niece during my visit. It's obvious the owner of this shop has taken great care to curate fun pieces for her clientele.

Lori…read morewas so helpful, answered all of my many questions, and offered up suggestions for other small businesses as well. We love small businesses that support other small businesses! I did an olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting -- everything was SO delicious. We ended up purchasing Tuscan Herb + Garlic olive oils, and Pomegranate, Raspberry, + Traditional balsamic vinegars. But it was incredibly difficult to choose our favorites. The dark chocolate balsamic vinegar is next on my list! We also purchased several varieties of their loose leaf tea. We're excited to add some of their seasoning mixes to our repertoire as well! They offer an incentive for bringing back their bottles, love to see that to encourage waste reduction! I can't say enough about how lovely The Olive Twist is, definitely check it out in Fort Wayne or Auburn, IN!

I remember first going to a…read moreHallmark shop when I was in 5th grade and I went to one located in Westland Mall in Hialeah (Miami-Dade County) Florida when I loved down there. My family was looking for a gift to give my grandmother and she was a collector of precious moments and angel figurines. We found one where it was a tiny angel holding a brief case saying something like going to grandmas. She loved the gift. And so started years of me shopping at Hallmark stores to buy gifts for loved ones, whether they were family or friends. I was waiting to talk to a manager at the Best Buy store nearby and decided to kill sometime by exploring this Hallmark store. Like most Hallmark stores it is full of various greeting cards, gifts and home accessories one could buy. I looked around the store and saw several hilarious signs you could put in your house for decorations.. ironically one was about toilet paper and another one was on how nurses were superheroes. This was weeks before the covid situation was discovered and so I realize it was almost prophetic in what was to come. The store also had some beautiful wind chimes for sale. If you love tea, you should also come here. They have tea sets and accessories that you will absolutely love! Only thing I wish this store had was that it would sell gourmet chocolate like the one I used to go to in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
