Willard , I made an appointment (about 3 weeks out for merc cruiser out drive and cable work, had the boat hauled and blocked at his shop, reviewed the repairs, all ok, the next day he called and said he did not want to work on it and to come pick it up. I said I would make arrangements and try to pick it up, I made arrangements to have it picked up via trailer and was told he had already had the boat put back in the water.
