These guys showed up 2 hours late on the job, with no explanation whatsoever. When they left at the…read moreend of the day, they sneaked away without a word (even though we had fed them lunch, talk about being rude!). We didn't know if they had finished the job or had to come back the next day as planned (we were quoted 2 full days of work). It turns out they rushed the job in a single day and we ended up with one of the worst roofs I've ever seen. They cut the metal too short and it has no overhang whatsoever (we specifically asked for an overhang), in fact in some areas it's shorter than the roof! I didn't even know that was possible. It zig zags up and down (in height), several spots were bent and scratched during the installation and not fixed, and as mentioned before, the length of the metal varies along the entire house like a wave. It looks like it was done by a team with no experience and no pride in their work. Terrible, terrible workmanship. They were also smoking the whole time even though we asked them not to smoke on our property; they rebelled by leaving us cigarette butts all over our property. They also took it upon themselves to cut several branches from nearby trees, even though they didn't touch the roof. No customer courtesy; and we were home all day! They told us afterwards that it was to "clear the area to make the installation easier". To make matters worse, these guys are refusing to come back and fix the job. I could not recommend this company less.
