The spring rolls are $9 for two in including tax. Which you think for that price they be better then what there where.They stuff them so full with a very big lettuce piece in both of them, then just a bunch of bean sprouts in both, inside the lettuce piece. On top was just 3 or 4 pieces of shrimps then 2 pieces of sliced meat under the shrimp in both of them. The spring roll wrap on both of them was ripped on parts of it. I dont know if that's because of how big the lettuce piece was in both of the spring rolls or they dont know how to wrap the rolls right, but the spring rolls suck. I was craving pho and pho always good for rainy weather. Usually they are closed by 9pm most pho places but this one was closed at 2am which I was thankful for. Found this place on yelp of course. Going inside the restaurant it's nice with pictures of the food on the walls and very spacious . They are quick with the service as soon as you sit and get the menu . Everything is pretty simple and explains what's in every pho dish . We also ordered the spring rolls oh my god they were huge I will say the peanut sauce needs to be thicker because I like when it's like that also taste better but it's still good. Service was quick. Received my veggies for my pho with no basil. Soup came up quickly as well. Stock was bland and the bowl had very little meat for a large bowl with literally 1 small strip of tripe. Large iced coffee wasn't that great either. Wasn't expecting too much but this pho falls a little short. The rare steak was hard- not thin and soft like the ones I usually get. The pho broth itself is good for a cold day. Had my husband try this place for the first time last year and he got hooked lol. I am a huge Pho-natic!!!! My boyfriend and I love to try new pho spots, but of course we have our go to places. Pho 21 is definitely one of our favorites. Flavor is always good, service is as fast as they can be, considering they are usually very very busy. The venue is always clean, and has good service. The only reason why I do not give them 5 stars is because they do not separate some of their tables, so you may run the chance of being seated with people who are not part of your party. Regardless, I definitely recommend this spot, and always enjoy eating here. read more

The place is very clean and well-kept with long tables to accommodate larger groups. The waiter taking our order was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to remember my entire party's orders, even though we switched things up mid-order. The pho was just average, but they do give you a large amount. A nice plus was that the broth for my pho stayed piping hot for a really long time. My fiance and I were so confused how it was staying hot for so long. The grilled pork spring rolls were just okay, and the shrimp fried rice was flavorful but was a bit overly salty. My favorite dish that day was actually the egg rolls. The waiter shared that the egg rolls are one of their most popular items, especially considering that they're made in-house (and not the frozen kinds that you just throw in the deep-fryer). The egg rolls were not overly greasy, but were perfectly crispy and yummy. I can see myself coming back here, more for egg rolls than anything else haha. read more

She wouldn't even talk or look at us if we asked for something.
